Why not get rid of the fog on the windows of my car?

Every time your summer rains, my car was very bad discs. The front back and side windows, sunroof, mirrors, even the blade. I tried windows up, windows closed, air conditioning, hot in both frost and nothing works quite well to watch out while driving.
