I use windows 7 without aero cz of low graphic card….i want to make the taskbar n titlebar black how cn i do?

I upgraded to W7 just yesterday n m having one issue…..
i dnt hv a high graphic card…..its 96MB 82865 Intel graphic card so it doesnt support aero…..bt i want to change the basic windows 7 theme to black….i installed several themes n tried them after patchin my system t they dnt change the taskbar,start menubar n Active Bar color to black……is thr any way i cn turn them black….below is a screenshot in which i applied a theme bt only wallpapers wrk nthing else….
