why is it that i peed myself when i ran 2 miles non-stop hardly? ( true qeustion) its embrassing?
this happened today, lucky noone saw i dont think cause in school they make us run 20 min runs and after that i ran to bathroom caus ei didnt have controll over my (system) and i started peeing b4 bathroom. it was so embrassing. wat do i do? i dont think they are letting me out of athletics and wont switch me to pe. is this a medical prob? advice?
yes..it’s a medical problem if you can’t hold it…see a Dr
