Condition Warranty
Please let me know if it is worth getting an extended warranty on a BMW 525i?
I went to the dealer this weekend and it would cost $3000 for 4 more years and 50,000 miles. Mine expires in Dec. 2008. Please let me know this is really worth. I know it would cost more than that if something major happens. But is there any underwriting or would they take into consideration the pre-exisiting condition of the vehicle? Any BMW owners who have taken this extended warranty or if anyone who has faced issues with these companies, please advice!
You didnt specify the age and condition of the car…
The only way that i would get the warrany is if i suspect that the car is going to ruin sometime soon or if i plan to sell it in another year or two… This way you can overprice your car because it has a warranty.
